I came just to get a bag of ice and the cashier had a attitude as if I inconvenienced him even though there was nobody in the Drive-Thru. I pay, he hands me back my card I say thank you he rolls his eyes and doesn't say anything then closes the window. So I pull forward to the next window, I'm sitting there for 5 minutes for the lady to come to the window and say "did you get a bag of ice; well you were supposed to stay there. He has your ice" and giggles. I tell her I didn't know that I was supposed to stay at the front window because the cashier had an attitude so I assumed I was supposed to pull forward. She closes the window and then I'm sitting there for another 5 minutes and I hear her yell she's still waiting there. Lol McDonald's just be hiring anybody. If you don't like what you do please do the world a favor and get another job. *But in the bag of ice ended up being open so I have to throw it away and go get some ice from Sonic.

Bad service... I spent 10 dollars on a combo meal and when i asked for ranch they said no. It will cost 16 cents for ranch or I have to buy chicken nuggets to get one ranch. Sad how greedy people get, will not come back or recommend. The lady was Native American up front in June 6 2022 at approximately 7:33pm in case corporate cares.

Been there three separate occasions and have had three different sets of people to take my money and hand me my food. Every single time there isn't any attempt at exchanging pleasantries or any customer service. Everyone looks unhappy to be there. And they couldn't get the order right. Disgusted in this location. Never will be back.

I ordered breakfast from this McDonald’s and they gave me week old expired apples. My sausage biscuit had something on it.
