Just went threw drive threw and just like the post under me I didn't realize I had to check to see if there was an actual patty in the cheeseburger. I'm calling and there line is busy smh.

I just stopped by to grab a water cup and some apple slices. I’ve never been treated so rudely. First off, the man at the register rung me up incorrectly and tried overcharging me. I corrected him about it. To which he spoke to me rudely how I was spending my less money for what I actually wanted, not whatever he wanted to charge me for. And then they refused to give me the water cup I asked for. I had to ask more than once for a lady for the back to come out and rudely give me a cup. I don’t think buying apple slices and getting a water cup should be so difficult. Considering they tried charging me wrong and giving me the wrong order, I think everyone who goes here needs to double check they weren’t overcharged and got exactly what they wanted. Management needs work as well as the team.

I realize I have to check to see if everything I ordered is in the bag but didn’t know I had to look to see if there was an actual hamburger in the bun when I order one! Mistakes happen but this is a huge bummer!! I ordered a hamburger thru the drive-thru. Worst part is it wasn’t for me, it was for my developmentally disabled brother who was promised his favorite McDonalds for dinner.
