Nice place, good tenders and fries. They need to check the beverages machine, coke's flavor was weird.

Have been here twice and both times they didn't have any items and messed up my order. Waited over 30 min for a couple of chicken sandwiches. And they still messed up. The staff clearly doesn't know what to do and hasn't been properly trained. The lobby was FULL of other angry customers for the same reason. I was told to come back and get my 2 sandwiches they forgot to add to my order and then they said that I was never told that and that i lied. Horrible service. The only nice thing about this place is how nice the young lady cashier.

I didn't really care for the way they took my order via the drive thru, it seems like the female was getting rude as well as rushing my and my children. Then when we pulled up to the window the barely acknowledged use until she took the card to ring up n then handed us our food. Now the food was so bland and dry. My son asked for a spicy chicken sandwich and he did not even get that. My daughter and son barely had any fries, even my red beans and rice tasted off. I have never made pop eyes taste this bad in my life.

I literally couldn’t bite into part of my chicken sandwich, that’s how old it was!!! So disappointing and gross! It was soggy and all management could say was “they are freshly made every 20 mins” not even an apology and said I needed to bring my food in to see…. Like what are you going to do, bite into it?? Lol never eating at that location again!
