I had a car full of kids with me around Christmas time, we decided to stop and get some hot chocolate and cookies and go look at Christmas lights. When handed the first hot chocolate it was beyond hot, like it was at the point of boiling water. When asked for a drink carrier they didn't have any, when asked for a second cup to act as a barrier for the first cup I was told no. I ran out of cup holders in my car because I had ordered 4 of them and only had two places to say them. When trying to hold one of the cups in my hand which started to burn the lid popped off and the hot chocolate got everywhere including a child's lap. The staff was young and unaware of the dangers of handling hot drinks without drink carriers. Let's just say we spent the night in the ER with second degree burns. The point is, when I originally ordered my drinks I told her they were for the children and they were too hot to handle. Staff didn't care and just stared at me as we sat there screaming with pain trying to pull our clothes off in the drive thru because it was causing more damage keeping them on. When contacting the restaurant there was no apology or even a refund. I didn't even get my cookies 😔

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! The dining area was closed but the door was open…and one of the staff said we could go through the drive through so of course we did that..we were playing hot line bling and fnaf 2 ambience. Clearly we were capable of going through the drive through we had a invisible car and they called us a hazard because we had no “vehicle” this is cruel and so rude I felt disrespected…the lady behind us was making fun of us it hurt my feelings.

I went to McDonald’s tonight obviously lol, and I order such a simple order. 3 hot and spicy with no lettuce and you know what I get all three of them with lettuce. Like I know it’s not a big deal but it’s literally not that hard to read your screen.

This has become a mcdonalds i have stopped going to in the Last 6 mo. I lived down the street for 2 years. You can tell when something has changed in staff and care of quality. This been the third time food quality has been so poor but this chicken sandwhich took the cake. To even consider letting this out the window im shocked. Its been a continuing issue. Just because its fast food i go to some great places and love the food that comes out of places. I hope this Mcdonald gets back on track and shows their staff to take pride in what they serve no matter where they are working. I called and two times didnt get a pick up to speak to a manager. It is hard enough to get home and be disappointed and not wanting to turn back to return sandwhichs, terribly cold stall fries or dried hard chicken nuggets. I wish them better luck in future.

I'd say google it, I know on their app sometimes in the promotions there are hidden deals
She honestly doesn't really know what customer service really is.. Our care..
They have new employees not fast, still learning the ropes I guess.
