They never answer the phone, ever! I order through Uber eats a lot and always call to ask for more than one Arby's sauce pack. There is no option to request extra sauce when ordering. I call back to back for 20 minutes to no avail. This location typically screws up the order anyway. But I love Arby's so I keep hoping it will get better. There is nothing worse than wanting Arby's, spending 50$ and not being able to eat to food because it is missing items, not fresh, or the wrong items.

I tried calling 1st but no answered. I just left there like 10 minutes ago. I was told to wait for about 5 mins for fresh crispy chicken sandwich, turns out I waited for no reason it was not fresh or hot nor the 5 sliders I ordered they were old and too crunchy not fresh I had to throw it out. Wasted my money once again on nasty Arbys. Listen I will never eat at a Arbys no matter what.. ewww 😑🤮

Do you have gluten free buns available? If not, will you have them soon? I haven't been able to eat your food for about 15yrs. now =( FYI- More people have gluten intolerance / sensitivities than how many suffer from Alzheimer's.

I know they probably do not. But if more people ask, then maybe an owner and/or mgr. would get the hint and start carrying them. There's several companies that make good quality GF buns & breads now which are easily accessible to restaurants. And many restaurants now carry that option for their customers! It's not the two thousands anymore.
