I lived here for two years, from 2021-2022. Pros: Lots of grass that is well-kept (great for dogs!) New windows Reliable maintenance Nice location Lots of parking spots All my appliances worked fine, including central heating. Friendly staff and neighbors Free laundry (but not in-unit) Cons: There is no gym or pool My apartment did not have a dishwasher (I am not sure about others)

I visited this property 1 yr ago and was disappointed in the appearance of the buildings and unprofessional inexperienced staff. Lots of upgrading needed.

The office will cash your check for the application fee and lose the paperwork. Could not find a Rental Business license for the property either, so the office can’t legal enforce rent either, FYI.
