They sent me to collections for a $250 charge for "carpet damage" which was due to their water heater blowing up and flooding my apartment. 9% Rent Increase during a pandemic and recession while having been unable to use a majority of the utilities of the complex for the year as the office had been closed until recently, never answers their phone, and if you leave a voice mail you can pretty much assume it's gone to the void. Update: Friend recently moved in and stated they've had a roach problem for a month and have received no help from maintenance yet.

I lived here about 4 years ago. I am not surprised they changed their name. They were managed by liars that would say anything to fill apartments make up charges when you left. I got examples, but trust me if they are owned by the same people, do yourself a favor don't even walk on to the property.

Overall a great community! I’ve been living here for 2 years and love coming home everyday. Area feels safe, grounds are always kept clean, and office and maintenance staff are amazing! Only thing I would say needs some upgrading are apartment appliances and gym equipment.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years. It has been a great apartment to us! The grounds are very well kept. Our apartment is a great size and wonderful price. Any issues we have had have been promptly corrected by the maintenance team. The apartment above had a little problem with one of their pipes that damaged our wall. It reported and completely fixed within 2 days! Pat and Sue have been great to work with! We had some noise problems with a neighbor, and they were able to work and end the noise problem. Each of them have been in the business for years and know how to run a complex. This is a great community for families because of the monthly activities, free movie rental in the office, and close location to a park.
