We moved in on 3/28/22 so almost a week ago. So far everything has been good. Office staff is super nice. We mainly dealt with Amanda. She is amazing. The only reason I’m leaving a 4 star review is bc of the parking. The 3rd night we were here, there was no where to park. We had to park on the other side of the complex. We also got an email saying they are repaving the complex. So for 4-5 days/nights they are blocking off SEVERAL building units covered parking and some uncovered parking. We’ve done the math, there is an extremely good chance that we will have to park outside of the complex like at Home Depot. I have kids that go to school, so for a few days I might have to walk my kids to Home Depot just to get to our vehicle bc there won’t be enough parking. As far as the inside of our unit, we love it. All upgraded. They do have very large 2x2 units. Most are around 960sq ft. Sierra canyon has 1200sq ft units. That is the main reason we chose this complex. Besides the parking issue, it’s a nice complex. I can update my review if needed in a few months.

The outside of our apartment has smelled horrible for months with no resolution. When we were ready to move out, rather than just not renewing our lease (like any other place I’ve rented) we’re required to pay month to month up to a 60 day notice period. They weren’t willing to work with us at all. They didn’t even give us our renewal rate for next year until less than 60 days left on our lease. Only 30 days is required by law, they’re just making move out more difficult. The rental prices are misleading - you end up paying ~$200 in additional fees every month on top of your rent. Again never something I’ve experienced with any other landlord. The gym and main pool are currently unavailable indefinitely with no set end date. This place is obsessed with third party apps that provide services no one wants. An app for security deposit, an app for package delivery that is worse than the parcel lockers they used to have, an app to buy additional parking spots because they only give one spot per apartment. We live in one of the updated units and it’s fairly nice, some of the workmanship isn’t the best, but it looks pretty good for a corporate landlord. However it just doesn’t make up for the other negatives. Also the reason for the five star reviews on here is because they badger you to leave one before you even move in. I’m not saying it isn’t impossible to have a positive experience here, but I can’t recommend this place. We’ve been model tenants for our entire time living here.

This is a fantastic apartment complex and the people that work here are even better. Since my first inquiry in January, Amanda has been so helpful and patient in making this move as stress-less as possible. We are always greeted with a smile and a positive attitude and I have never felt more welcome in an apartment community. Molly is fantastic and answered all my questions when I came in to ask a question about the cashiers checks. I am to the moon and can’t wait to move into my spectacular apartment.
