This apartment complex claims pets were present and caused stains and therefore needed to replace carpet and take a security deposit , when no pets were ever there and no stains were on the carpet. This complex will do anything to take your deposit even when presented with counter evidence. Edit, this review is correctly placed and for this specific apartment complex and will not be removed.

Leasing office is exceptionally helpful and responsive! The only reason I give 4 stars is that the parking spaces are extremely small and a full size truck will not fit, so we search for an uncovered spot. I have also noticed a few items on the property that need to be cared for, there is a lamp thrown on an awning and a piece of furniture abandoned on my stairwell, which I'm sure will be corrected when I report to leasing office.

We have resided here for close to 20 years and although the rent is a little more than we like every year when it is time to sign a new lease, we start thinking maybe this is the year to move. You can always find cheaper and better but staffing elsewhere is always lacking or unprofessional. We have seen many Owners, Management Companies and apartment staff but with all changes the staff have always been quick to respond to issues personal and maintenance wise with the current staff being one of the best. We are retirees and like our privacy and even though the flooring is very thin and noise resounds throughout the apartment when kids or pets are running across the floor as kids will do at times, Management always attempts to place tenants above us that are quiet and friendly with no pets. This complex is close to everything schools, shopping malls, entertainment spots, hiking trails. Highways and hospitals. You can always find a few negatives anywhere you choose to live but I can’t remember the last time we had an issue that was not resolved quickly and efficiently. You can always find something that seems better but at what cost. This is a nice quiet community of singles and families and if you are looking to move to Phoenix or just another place to reside and raise a family you really owe to yourself to consider Adobe Ridge Apartments in Glendale.

I recently moved here from California and had to find a place quick after receiving a job offer. After looking at several apartments, I chose Adobe because it felt like home. The front staff has been very professional and attentive to any questions I have had. Jessie is great! The unit itself was in great condition and I haven't had any complaints with neighbors. Everyone seems respectful and minds their own. Also, the complex is close to shopping! This is my first time living on my own and in an apartment so I can honestly say it has been a great safe experience. Keep up the good work!
