I scheduled an ER appointment and they called me to come in sooner due to urgency of my condition, yet they still made me wait 2 hours. They told me I had a kidney infection yet in the discharge papers wrote that I had back pain (misdiagnosed me). Also CHECK YOUR BILLING!! They are charging me for stuff they did not even do on me and two hospital visits when I was literally seen and discharged in about 30 minutes! HORRIBLE PLACE! SHADY! AVOID!! The doctor at the ER really does not care about his patients. He paid no attention to anything I told him, he just said you've got a kidney infection, here's MORE antibiotics, BYE!

I copied this review from the 51st ave review I made since we went to both and received the same disappointment. I'm really disappointed with Healthcare now a days..This emergency room was the only place where my family would only go. but after this last couple times we will be going elsewhere for now on. The Dr's treat you like you don't matter and your bothering them by coming in. Not only this location but 99th ave Westgate was the same way. Condsending and no sympathy. Probably beacuse they took out all the Jesus crosses out of the rooms they use to have. husband has been really sick with internal bleeding and rushed us out as fast as they could and didn't helped him. They kept saying, you need to see your family practice dr there's nothing we can do hear for you. I felt completely helpless and wandered, is this it? Is Everyone treaded like this? We ended up at another dignity location like we were told to do beacuse this locations Dr's said, if it gets worse come back so we did and still same service. They didn't want to do anything even though we have great insurance. It use to be a great place.

I first came here in Feb 2020 and ended up be admitted for 2 weeks. I had excellent care with friendly caring professionals. Have been coming here ever since. Went on line to register wife for ER before coming and saw poor reviews. I realize staff changes, and brought my wife here today and was in a room with a doctor in about an hour and a half. Staff was caring and friendly.

Super fast, everyone was very professional and friendly. My doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful about what I was dealing with felt very listened too I was referred to people who could help me. He also gave me helpful information in general and I really appreciate it. Good place and I've spent lots of time in ER situations;)
