So if you like living with roaches or having terrible management you might love this place. From everything to increase rent prices with new management, washer and dryers being out of service all summer long, and a roach infestation in my apartment building. On top of that when switching over management they sent the renewal lease agreement to information that I have never put down on paper, causing me to renew my lease days later and now this year had me paying for an apartment that I did want to live in for an extra month that was infested with roaches. Also regular water Shut offs and heat problems to happen with just a days noticed, if that. After multiple visits to the leasing office it seems the employees are programmed to answer with a “unfortunately there is nothing I can do.” Horrible management to live under. And if I can post pictures of all the roaches I found I would do so. This place turned disgusting with JEROME

I really enjoy placing clients at Jerome Apartments near 65th and Bell road in Glendale; The location is very accessible to the East and West Valley but more important than the quality or location of Jerome is the amazing staff they have helping us and our clients. Alexis ,Aspin and Suzanna are really great at what they do and they have made Jerome a number 1 priority for all of our Valley King agents. The best thing about having a customer apply there is the knowing that they have an incredible chance of being approved for their newly renovated home. So in closing ,I want to thank Jerome's management and staff for all their help .

Moved in March got to wash one load of clothes before all laundromats on site had no working washing machines all of them are now closed with no Estimate as to when they will be reopened. The complex lets residents smoke cigarettes in their apartments so if you have a neighbor that does it will seep through your vents. Wish I knew that before I moved in. 3/24/2022 Whole time of being a tenant here was only able to wash clothes in The facility a handful of times. Once the laundry was “fixed” the laundromat by my apartment ended up with no working dryers. Maintenance team is quick and friendly but the issues are definitely with management. We don’t matter to them as tenants and it shows in everything they do. There’s always something wrong with the water/plumbing it’s insane. Just today our plumbing is having issues in the building and water filled up my bathtub and is leaking from the toilet. It smells like rotten eggs and the apartment won’t offer to clean it up. I luckily move next week and honestly it couldn’t have come any sooner. 4/6 FYI do not expect your deposit back even if you have someone deep clean. Do expect them to try to get more money out of you.

Me & my boyfriend lived here for 3 1/2 years & recently moved out. This apartment complex should be reported to the BBB & any other agency that deals with fraudulent activity. The photos they have on their website of what the apartments look like are totally fabricated & false advertisement. They used photos where there was a sliding glass door to a beautiful balcony but yet that doesn’t exist anywhere on the premises. They use to upgrade apartments but now it seems like they don’t have enough money to even upgrade the blinds, like they were a couple months ago. This apartment complex is also infested with roaches, we would leave our apartment for 6+ hours a week for months so they could spray for roaches, and yet they never went away. The steps we had to take for the pest control to spray was to have everything out of all cabinets & everything away from the walls. We lived out of boxes for months because we couldnt keep anything in the cabinets due to the extensive pest spraying. They didnt offer to move us to an upgraded apartment, or an apartment that wasnt infested with bugs. They also had a resident who was beating a woman & then pulled a gun out in the middle of the complex with children around, and they didnt evict him, they also didnt care when residents complained about the situation. There was a water shut off weekly if not twice a week to fix hot water pipes but yet the hot water still never worked. When it came close to renewing our lease they decided to up the rent from 1,081 to 1,345. This is a bug infested, zero upgrades (appliances, flooring, etc.), no washer and dryer, horrible management, & overall a dirty place to live. When we moved out were were then notified we owed $400 for pet urine contamination when we know for sure a pet NEVER went pee on that carpet. They also charged $90 for a “dirty oven”. I would highly recommend staying far away from this place & checking out any of the surrounding apartments. The management is horrible, the apartment grounds are filthy, and the rent they are charging is absurd. There are better places & I highly recommend looking else where.
