THE MANAGER WILL IGNORE YOUR COMPLAINTS , AND STEAL YOUR MONEY WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS AGAINST THE LAW !

Friendly staff. Things get fixed quick. Very fair prices. Not the best when it comes to privacy.

This place is too close to UTEP. However, the management is too much awful. In summer of 2016, this building had serious problems of power outage and water outage. We have to stay without water for a week (water was available from 9 am to 8pm only). After that, we were out of power for two days. They kept on saying the power will be restored the next day. After 2 days, they issued notice to all tenant at 2 pm saying leave building by 5 pm on the same day. They asked us one month notice before we leave; but they just provided 3 hr notice (seriously true). Think yourself how these people are.
