Nothing but great things about living at this community. Friendly and understanding leasing personnel and management. They upkeep and maintain units well. Outside is kept up and neat. Never had any issues with neighbors. No issues with bugs or insects. Lived comfortably for almost a year.

This place deserves no stars. Super unprofessional staff. These apartments are only about taking your money. Not to mention the frequent random inspections that are not helpful on getting anything fixed. Theres also a black mold problem in all the apartmens. The toilets and showers will get a ring of black mold even after 2 days of being cleaned plus its always trashy and dirty outside. We left the apartment complex due to a ton of problems. They were over charging us for water with no proof. When I complained it took them forever to admit they messed up and they had to reimburse the entire complex the water they tried to over charge us for. They admitted to us that they were just trying to make up for their lost dues to COVID. They also gave us an apartment that had a number of problems. The A/C doesn't work in all the rooms. There were quick patch up work on our bathroom door and front door that it started to fall apart throughout the years. Making us feel unsafe with the number of robberies that went on. They said the robberies were never reported which was a lie because several neighbors had to report a number of stolen things. They have cameras but also admitted that they do not work and that the tenants "think" they work. There were also many water leaks in the apartment complex that always caused flooding. Not to mention the front staff was extremely rude. They also lost our renters insurance and tried to say we never turned it in. Which we did because they found it. Paper work was always misplaced. That last straw was when they gave our designated parking spot that we pay for away to another tenant without letting us know. We were super frustrated because we called to ask what was going on. They said that we had the spot number wrong this entire time which I know was another lie because on our first contract it was 161 not 160. we have been there for about 3 years and it has always been the same because there was already someone parking in that spot that they said was supposed to originally be ours.. Number of frustrations made us upset so we raised our voice at them over the phone. I told them I will not be renewing the lease with them. The next day they kicked me my husband and 10 year old daughter out in only 2 and a half days notice. Saying we breached our contract because we "threatened" them. Which we did not. We simply raised our voice over the phone. We were never late on any payments and we were actually always a month ahead of our payments. I looked for legal help and the lawyer said I need to bring it to court. The lawyer said they wrongfully evicted us. That we could stay and fight but we chose not to deal with any of the mess anymore. Save your money and time and find a better place.

I’ve lived at these apartments for 3 years now and I love it! It’s really nice, green, well kept and clean. The maintenance staff here are real attentive when you place a work order or call in a work order. The refrigerated air is a plus!
