Overall the apartments aren’t horrible, however maintenance work orders are a joke .. don’t expect to have anything fixed or repaired to your convenience. I put in all request to fix what was wrong with the apartment (leaks, dishwasher, sink, etc ) when I moved in JAN and here we are 3-4 months later still no updates or completions of my service tickets. I can not wait for the opportunity to move from here , if I have to live in these conditions with work orders never being completed , and having to wait for A/C and heating options to be turned as opposed to having refrigerated air and let’s not forget about them not doing anything about the parking situation people parking in the fire lane making it impossible to back out or get in. Lastly, my honest opinion is if you’re in a situation or your looking to start off on your own, move here ! If you want something nice, and people who pay attention to detail and a nice community, then go somewhere else parking is the worst , office says they are towing people but that’s a joke. Plus do to swamp cooler apartments get very dusty ! During cold temperatures pipes freeze and damage stuff so make sure you get renters insurance for this community !! Update : Taylor and John have been a great asset to this complex, I do see some things have been better since they started managing and they were able to make my living situation a little better. This facility has done some upgrades to the apartment that’s a nice addition, also Management is very understanding on situations and will help if you call . 2 stars only because of my experience with this apartment nothing todo with new management .

The apartments are a little dated, so afew maintenance things pop up occasionally, but great place overall in my experience I’ve been here a year now and just renewed, the office staff are always helpful when ever I call, very polite and QUICK at addressing any issues I have, The maintenance staff are just as helpful and friendly. The area is quiet and peaceful, considering it’s near a main road. And I very RARELY hear the neighbors. I’ve loved living here so far and I recommend these apartments

The worst apartments ever! The manager Taylor is rude af! She is not helpful at all! Idk how they allow someone like her to manage! All I wanted was help renting apartment for me and my girl and she made our experience so bad! They need to step it up and get good management bro.

Don’t care about any one who lives here, they’re more worried about how the outside looks than the inside. Air conditioning is horrible. Poor conditions from interior design to plumbing. Roads to get in and out are cars worst nightmares. Paid for parking are useless due to lack of management promising they’ll paint a reserved sign. Be sure to buy a bucket to flush your toilet. Plumbing is the worst part. Stray dogs and cats always running around(sometimes have to run inside from a dog trying to bite your legs). Really small kitchen unglued countertops. Really incompetent maintenance staff. Bugs constantly trying to get it due to the spacing from molding to floor.
