In one of the courts were an extremely rude officer who did not allow the judge to take charge of the court instead he tried to bully individuals using his authority getting besides himself and operating and functioning in a capacity he should not be functioning. The courtroom seems to be the place where this particular officer overexert his power. The Judge was muzzled most of times to this loud mouth over authoritative dictatorship of the officer thinking he supercede the people their and the Judge. The Judge seem to not know her place nor the secretary prehaps because they were women. His superiors need to let him know his place in the court not to br authoritative tyranny and bully to the people.

Usually not a place you want to be but thet are well organized and get you through the process quickly. You need patience due to the amount of peoe they deal with everyday. Don't expect to be out at any given time. If you get out early then you have the rest of the day but if your there for not of the day, at least you got it taken care of. Phone silent in the court rooms. If not you'll be called out and maybe thrown out so they can continue their long day. Be respectful and you'll get it in return. Remember you got you there. 👍

Some of the people that work here are super rude for no reason. The clerk I spoke to on the phone said the courts don’t care that me and my kids have Covid. I don’t know why that was necessary but she said it. As a place that’s employed with supposed educated professionals I don’t understand why it’s necessary to speak to people that way especially when I’m not a criminal and just dealing with them for a civil matter. If you’re in a position of power that’s more of a reason to treat people with respect and act like you have some class. There’s no reason ever to be nasty to someone.

Worst customer service ever! Wasn’t even done with the question and quickly was cut off with an attitude. If you don’t have the patience why work here!

If it’s tickets 🎫 go there before 11 am
You need to arrive on time, you can not be late...
You'll have to go down to 99 main and go to room 160. That's where they'll find any tickets you have and the fines. When you find out how much you can have the tickets redused by asking for the tickets to go before the judge. During these times you can have them reduced by half. Itll take some time like a week or two but we'll worth getting them taken care of. I just went though this exact process. I had 3 tickets and owed $1800. Went before the judge and paid $525. Now their clear and gone for good.
