I actually didn't get the opportunity to move into one these wonderful apartments, I had received a offer the same day as my tour, but nonetheless these just so happen to hit every note I was looking for at the time. The pictures do not do the units justice, the tour was extremely insightful and Ms. Hernandez was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms and closet spaces are way bigger, the lighting you get in the daytime is huge for energy efficiency. The location is stellar, and puts adjacent to everything El Paso has to offer. In the future, if I need a new location this is the 1st place I'm looking and would happily refer them to friends.

Lived here for almost three years and honestly never really had any issues! Apartments are cozy and up to date! Pool and gym are nice. Friendly neighbors, great maintenance team, good staff. enjoyed my stay ☺️

Was interested in renting here but that will not be possible. I'm giving this place 2 stars because it looked half way decent compared to the rest of the older apartment communities in El Paso. However, they refused my money when I offered to pay a full 6 month or 12 month contract in advance in lieu of employment. I explained that my wife and I were returning from spending 2 years in Mexico where we worked as college language instructors. I have a job offer on the table but I'm not sure I'm going be taking that job and therefore I didn't think of using that as my employment reference. I also offered to show bank statements and they didn't want them and I guess my 811 credit score wouldn't have mattered either. I don't know what kind of enterprise they're running here. I'm not sure if the sales person and the manager were offended at the fact that I offered to pay in advance but I know how these things go and I know landlords want to secure their money in these strange economic times. Anyways....these two wonderful apartment sales professionals didn't care and definitely displayed a very apathetic attitude toward their job. It is what it is. I will just leave this review here hoping that their corporate office considers changing their policies. By the way, this is the only apartment complex where I encountered this setback.

UPDATE: Management has really turned around. Gabbi was super helpful to work with about my concerns upon move out. I didn't end up receiving an additional return for the over charge on cleaning. They were going to but my initial check got lost, so I said never mind and just get my original deposit to me. Now I'm receiving additional help because a company used this address for a package when I had updated that information on their website. I'm not even a resident anymore, but they are still attempting to help me get this package found! This apartment complex is great, and in a convenient location. Semi nice amenities, and what won me over were the washer and dryer provided. Their pool(s) are nice, but they are busy because they don't enforce their visitor bands very well, so residents will have like 10-20 people over EVERY weekend and there will be no space for the residents. I think they were working on it, but it would get out of hand most summer weekends.
