I've lived in this area since the late 90s. Back then that intersection was just Walmart, HD and wells Fargo with long stretches of desert in between. I've been going to this home depot since I was a teenager. It was always quick and enjoyable. In the last 2-3 years this particular location has turned into a complete disappointment. Their inventory and merchandising is a complete and utter mess. Can't blame the pandemic when half their stock is up in the upper shelves. This is a strict management issue. Their turnover rate is extremely high. Good luck getting someone to help you bring things down. A pail of roof patch 10 ft above me turns into an hour wait. My wife was just told their inventory is wrong and if its not on the shelf they're out of stock despite showing 20+ in inventory in the app. Sure enough, I found what she was looking for a few aisles over on a display. Zero effort. I've gotten into the habit of choosing curbside for the simple fact I rather wait at home than at an aisle. It's the only way you'll get employees to actually look for things. God help you If you need pvc fittings, drive the extra 5 minutes to the competition, you'll thank me later.

I ordered some grass seed and other gardening items. When the young lady brought my items to my truck, I asked her to place the items in the backseat. When I got home, I noticed that the bag of grass seed was torn and had spilled on to my seat. Not a big deal about the seeds on the seat but several seeds were spilled before I noticed the tear on the bag. I called the store and asked for a manager but no one returned my call.

Got a nice double sided cooler. Even got an extra 10% off. I originally went to purchase a $4 drain plate for my shower but the customer service was so good and their was value in the deal so I ended up getting a cooler too. Last week I bought a grill. My next purchase will be outdoor furniture. I always go to the same guy. He's good he always gets me right. Somewhere in that is a lesson for a new sales person. Talk to people be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and you've got a customer for life.

A great store for your construction or remodeling needs. The staff is usually very willing to help. Bought my Traeger pellet smoker here and so far very happy with it. I can find all the accessories amd supplies I need for my grills here. They also have a decent selection of pellets for the smoker. Their tools section is also well stocked with all the major brands.
