I have stayed here 3 separate times in the last week. Accessing the hotel isn't the easiest, as they are off the frontage road, but the hotel sits behind a row of businesses so you drive through the businesses to get to the hotel. There is very limited parking so don't bring a large moving truck. The small 12ft one is okay- but anything beyond will be a headache to park/find parking. To begin each check in experience has been different. Sometimes a person was available to receive guests for check in and other times I, along with several others had to wait until someone came back to the front to check us in. The first time I stayed here I did not receive our complimentary HH rewards member water, and the elevator stopped working. However, the staff member changed my room to the 2nd floor which was extremely helpful. My nights stay was very comfortable, I woke up well rested as I found the bed to be very comfortable. The second time I stayed here the experience was perfect, I received my complimentary water at check in, and my room was clean and the breakfast was enjoyable. The third time I stayed the staff was very helpful at check in, but once again we did not receive our complimentary water. When the rest of our party arrived trying to find a place to park was extremely difficult. When we got to our room we noticed the toilet paper holder falling off the wall in the bathroom, as well as there was a lot of hair through out the bathroom. It should have been cleaneducj better. The rest of the room was clean and welcoming. When showering there's an issue with lots of water leaking onto the floor due to poor design as they didn't account for proper drainage. The other issue was noise. The room was located right across from a staff access point and unfortunately the "posted quite times aren't observed by all" as they continually open and close the door at all hours. (The door is allowed to freely swing closed so it's extremely loud) The breakfast is carbohydrate loaded, with options of muffins, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, and potatoes. The protein sources are limited to eggs and the meat option of the day being beef sausage, or breakfast ham. To be honest, the pancakes and the oatmeal have been the best options thus far. Pancakes are made fresh simply by a wave of the hand, a minute later you are served 2 freshly made pancakes. The oatmeal is simple, so you can control what you add into it. It would be nice to have other options besides just dried fruit. Some walnuts or toasted pecans would be an excellent additon. The eggs are done up in an omelet style but I'm not entirely sure as to what is in them, sometimes they look plain, and other times they look as if they have bell peppers and such. The potatoes are hit or miss, sometimes they are flavorful and perfectly cooked; whereas other times they are cold and undercooked. I keep staying here because the location is excellent for what I need. Would I stay here again, yes- but I wouldn't stay in the room I'm currently in again.

Brand new hotel. I liked the relaxed lobby with nice lounge areas and a pool table. Very good feel. The rooms are a little smaller than older hotels, but we just need enough room to sleep. I appreciate the walkin shower, but the door leaks. Not a luxurious or expensive hotel, but a fair deal for the cost. Breakfast was above average with eggs one morning and sausage and (very hard) biscuits the next as well as the requisite pancake machine, oatmeal, dry cereal, and a few bread products

Very small rooms, the fire detectors flash a bright white light all night long. Not clean, hair on the shower floor and boogers on the bathroom walls. Bathroom door would not shut because it couldn’t clear the floor. Walls are thin and you can clearly hear the TVs and talking in adjacent rooms. The overly bright clock wasn’t reset and woke us up at 5:59am, ugh.

The pool is outdoors so I assume it's not open this time of year but would suggest calling the hotel to be sure. They do have tons of indoor board games, pool table, and gym area for other entertainment.
Tiny refrigerator. Breakfast was nice. Waffles, toast, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal and sort
