The customer service here is amazing! I've been to enough lumber joints to say that the customer service at most is pretty awful. Payless will help you, guide you to your product, help you load if needed, and do all this while not making you feel like an inconvenience for not knowing everything there is to know about lumber. Prices are currently the best in town too!

I worked here and unfortunately ended up with a back injury that required two surgeries to fix. I liked working at this pace, but it was not feasible for me to come back. I've since moved to another state and wish we had building supply stores like payless. They've got a good selection of anything you might need. They also have the shop grade and blow plywood that you can't find anywhere. I remember thinking the lumber quality wasn't all that good, but now that I'm in this state, I wish we could get that lumber. The stuff I find locally isn't good for much other than keeping yourself warm. Great product selection, good prices, they deliver, pre load yourself or have one of the yard guys give you a hand.
