The staff at this location is outstanding. One of the best I have seen in hotels I have stayed at. They are very welcoming and filled with information that can come in handy. The lobby is nice but the rooms are in some desperate need of a major overhaul.

I Loved how they were able to arrange transportation to the airport, and the warm cookies provided by them made a very nice touch. However there was noticeable noise from a party on the top floor and construction noise during the day that kept me awake until past midnight. Other than that the hotel was nice.

We stayed here once before about a year and a half ago. I can't believe how much it has gone down hill. Extremely disappointed! I remember it being really nice the first time hence why I chose to stay there again while we were waiting for our son to be released from the base after a long stay in Korea. Will NOT be staying there again when we go to take him back. Just gross! Exspecially for $200 a night after taxes and parking fee's. Want my money back!

Overall it was a clean hotel. The staff was friendly when you talked to them. However, I feel they can be more proactive vs reactive in the customers needs. Pillows were too small. The ones provided were fluffy but not enough. Either make them bigger and fill them up with more cushion or provide more pillows. Additionally, soften up your toilet paper, man, lol. It was rough for on the butt and .... you know what. Offer cleaning during our stay. We were never asked if we needed any touching up, including new towels and extra soaps and shampoo/conditioner. Pick up our trash etc. Will I come back, sure. But, will I leave another review? Absolutely! Then will I come back a third time? Nope, not if they didn't fix prior issues I wrote up. Thanks! 😉
