To begin this statement, I originally came from Houston to vacation over here but I want to address the lack of respect I received and service at the front office. The employee was rude when I approached her asking information about my room. Also, two light lamps were not working and it was in poor condition. The cable on the tv would not play anything but just static. As unusual it sounds, the renovators had left their materials out in the parking out overnight which took up space for parking. Lastly, I was not able to get breakfast due to remodeling when I was specifically told, I was able to get. I do not recommend staying here nor even considering it.

Positive: Holes tell Staff seem nice. They were very friendly. Negative: The hotel room smelled like mold. Is the ceiling cracked because of water damage. The ceiling fan in the restroom was falling off. Outlet near the sink was broken. Was told by the staff that it would get fixed. It didn¿t.

Negative: Initial room assigned me was not made up. "Only other room" was smokers room. Not ready either. They"found" a third room that was ready. No ice machines available. Pool was closed. No hot water in the morning. Took a cold shower. Don't recommend to anyone

Positive: The location was walking distance to many stores. Negative: Worst hotel experience ever. First room the window didn¿t lock and it smelled like really bad smoke in the room. What was advertised online nothing was offered. No laundry, no breakfast, no pool, no SHUTTLE!! I stayed 5 days. Never again
