Fantastic customer service!! I’ve always had a great experience here, but yesterday, Jill went above and beyond! I have a service dog (medical alert) and everyone has always been very professional with us, which is very much appreciated. That said, one of the things she alerts to is syncope episodes (passing out). When she alerted in the store yesterday I just found a corner to sit down in so my dog could do her job and we could hopefully prevent the episode. Jill came over to check on us while still remaining respectful of our space. (Another gentleman did as well, but I didn’t catch his name, and Jill was already on it!) She then brought me water and a granola bar and then left us alone. That’s what I think I appreciated the most. The fact that she offered what she could, and then left us alone and just let my dog work. People often stick around and watch or try to help, which is distracting to my service dog. I couldn’t thank her enough. It’s always a wonderful experience at this location and I’ll always make it a point to come to this one because of this experience.
