Purchased a hot tub from Nick that had a leak upon arrival . In short his solution after weeks of trouble shooting was to pour a chemical in spa to fix leak not acceptable I said and was told I should be thankful for his offer most spa businesses would not do anything for me . Thank goodness purchase was made with AMX . I reached out and told them the situation and they reversed the charge and set up a investigation . Nick sent someone to pick up spa and I was told I could come pick up cover holder (and they took steps too) once nick removed it to make sure it was done properly . I reached out to Nick to set up a time to pick up my things that I had paid for separately and was told I couldn't and should be thankful (seems to be his line lol) he did not sue me for stealing from him (having charge reversed) funny right . Spa warehouse is a nice place to do business as long as you don't have any problems . Good luck on your hot tub shopping but make sure to find out how the company deals with repairs from previous customers if possible .

Nick did a great job of asking questions to find out exactly what I was looking for in a hot tub. He gave me several options and was not your typical pushy sales guy. He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and what not to expect. I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish!

Nick drove 3 hours to show me how to use spa. Could have said go online but didn’t. Waited for a while to get mine so be patient. It’s Biden’s fault😂 If u want customer service then buy it here
