Ordered on the app for curbside pick up, received receipt like if I received my food after 15 minutes. Went inside and I was seen but no one came to help until after 5 minutes. I know they where busy as it is a holiday but no acknowledgement, no apology, nothing. Certainly won't be going back

The absolute worst McDonald’s location I have ever been to! I would rate it negative 200 stars. There are no words to describe how horrible their service is! The last 5 times I went there I waited i a drive through line only to find out they were either closed , short staffed or ice cream machines down so I couldn’t get anything but all the lights were on to waste 1/2 hour of my time waiting in a line of disappointed customers! Fire everyone there and I mean everyone! I can’t believe It’s still open!!

So disappointed. Ordered 2 McDonald's no cheese add tomatoes (mind u to add to 2 sandwiches that's $1) and got 2 seemingly old McDonald's with cheese and nothing else...not even what's suppose to come on it. And they sure are good at avoiding the front counter when a customer is there with a bag clearly trying to get their order fixed...heard them joking about it even. They finally came to the counter after the cust behind me left and I let them know they were losing customers by avoiding the counter.

This particular McDonalds is rude and sometimes can’t get the orders right. The woman manager is extremely rude and will not honor the McDonalds menu prices that are posted if it totals up at the former regular prices. This is not the first time with my displeasure here. There have been many issues over the years with this restaurant since the current owners had taken over this franchise. Update: I have been here at this location from time to time for several years and every time I get my receipt it is unreadable. This time I felt that I may have been overcharged. I got home and tried to make out the context of the receipt and it was impossible. Obviously the printer is not low on ink. It is the printer settings that they programmed intentionally so you cannot read it and contact corporate with complaints. The employees are great it’s the owner/franchisee that is very questionable.
