I haven't lived over here long only for about 3 months and I only had one bad experience. With a lady soaking to a landscaper saying to him you soak no English while using a ascent very disrespectful however the people in the am are very pleasing and respectful they speak highly to you in the am and gets you going. Good is always fresh and never a ride time besides that one.

I did a mobile order and they’ve told me several times kind of hatefully that I had to pick up inside but then when I do I now have to wait…then get told I CAN pick up in the drive through. Thought ya know it happens no big deal. Gave it another chance and they forgot food this time. I called just to let them know and maybe get my money back for what was missing. When they answered I asked for a manager and she proceeded to yell at me saying to call back later then put me on hold before I could say anything and hung up. I tried to call back and they wouldn’t answer this time. Horrible customer service…

PLEASE READ!!!! I’m giving them a rate of 5 stars not because I had an awesome experience yesterday. I’m giving them 5 because I want to get this out to as many people I can! My daughter and I are currently experiencing food poisoning!!! SO DON’T GO HERE! I never felt so sick in my life. This is the first time were experiencing this and I already ruled out Covid by taking a home Covid test. So please don’t go to this Wendy’s. They have horrible drive through service. Always backed up. They always leave stuff out of your order. SO PLEASE DON’T GO HERE!!

They offer curbside pickup and drive through window you can use their app and pre order then just drive through. The employees wear masks and gloves. Apears very clean.
