Routinely doesn’t give me a full order. Ordered 20 nuggets, fries and a fish fillet and only got 10 nuggets. Didn’t even remember the sauce. Nuggets were fresh at least.

The wait time is way too long. I waited for one cup of coffee for exactly 17 minutes. How disappointing, and the worst part is that I had to call them to tell them to hurry up. This "Macdonald's" service is disappointing and extremely poor.

As someone who is lactose intolerant and has been almost my whole life I can say that this is rather annoying and something I deal with on a daily basis. It's almost more annoying that they included the proof that they received my order correctly and either didn't read it or didn't care.
