Right on Main Street. Perfect location. Beautifully renovated. Very clean, has a modern look with it's old charm. We really love what they've done here. Very comfortable and quiet. My husband and I got #11, King Suite. Worth every penny for a much needed getaway.

A bit out of the norm for me and my husband as we typically stay at chain hotels. But I was very pleasantly surprised by Hotel Ouray. The prices were reasonable and the staff were extremely accommodating. We had breakfast each morning almost the same as were used to. Our room didn’t have any windows which I thought may take some getting used to but I didn’t hardly notice. We were out adventuring each day and were great ful to have such a cozy room to come back to. I would stay here again if traveling to telluride or Ouray.

Over the past few years I have had several opportunities to stay at Hotel Ouray on Main Street in one of Colorado's old mining towns. The hotel is in a historic building that is walking distance to the Ouray Ice Park and hot springs. While the rooms are no-frills with modest beds, bedding, and bathrooms and the nature of the historic building lacks the sound-proofing and seamless temperature controls of a new hotel, a couple of standout accomodations await: handmade soaps in each room, 24/7 tea service in the hotel's kitchenette, and a really wonderful, accommodating staff. Just one of the ways the staff has been helpful to me and my husband, is by making us grab-and-go breakfasts because our start time for adventures usually precedes the hotel's continental breakfast hours. As demonstrated by our return visits, I would recommend Hotel Ouray to couples and adventurers looking for an authentic stay.

A quaint old hotel with a limited number of rooms. Looked to be newly renovated with large bathroom and spacious room. We stayed in room 9. Although our room faced the street and a local restaurant, the windows provided a good deal of insulation from the noise. The central air services the entire floor with easels at the top of the door to adjust the airflow. Our room wended up quite cold but we were able to adjust our room heat to a comfortable level. Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Continental breakfast included fresh baked muffins, fruit, cereal and other items. Would definitely stay here again when in Ouray!
