False advertisement the pool is never open. Also the jacuzzi was never hot or working when we were allowed in the pool area. The volley ball court doesn't have a net so it's more like a sand box. Also only one gate works to enter the complex the other gate won't even open and the third gate is chained shut. They just paved the roads but that is false they did half the property and spray painted the areas that weren't repaved. Security is a joke and they don't let you personalize you're apartment. They want it looking like a prison uniform and the same everywhere you look. Also have cameras of your own put up. People get broken into and cars get stolen here. If looking to rent I suggest looking elsewhere until they actually do something to resolve amenities and safety instead of spending money on trying to make the place look nice and adding more units. Take care of the existing tenants before you try adding more to the property. Poor new ownership if you ask me they just want money they don't care about you. Talk about fake it till you make it.

Very rude and unfriendly service. Was inquiring about an apartment, and just asked the simple question if there were any move in specials. Instead of answering, the individual kept ignoring my questions til finally I asked a third time and they seemed agitated. They then quoted me an insane amount for a one bedroom. Obviously rental prices are skyrocketing everywhere, but they advertise themselves as "starting at" and then the actual quote is several hundred more. Just not a good interaction and it totally killed any interest I had in this complex. If they're that rude over phone and email, I can't imagine what dealing with them in person is like.

The only downfall is the Gym hours and pool hours. These people don’t cater to tenants who are off the weekends and work later shifts. If they have security why not open Pool and Gym 24 hours like other places do? Or at least open keep em opened till like 10pm or so. Not many can really enjoy the facilities they pay extra for every month. 😞

If I could give it no stars I would because this place is hands down the worst apartment complex I've ever seen or been in. Their windows don't seal or lock so anyone can come in with no effort. There's no assigned parking so you'll have to walk extremely far if all the spots are gone because people have 3 or 4 cars an 2 or 3 of them are usually broken down but they don't tow them. They take 6 months to repair holes when they have leaky pipes. They won't replace your water heater, they'll just come an fix it for the moment an tell you it's fine. Everything is held together with what looks like elmer's glue for children. And if you have any medical emergencies or family emergencies they won't help you out with anything.
