I sent a family photo album/ scrapbook to my sister inlaw in October 2021. I just got it back 5/28/22. I left 2 messages for a manager to get back to me. So I went in. They couldn't tell me why it never got picked up from the ups location in SC. It was sent back to them. It had been opened. And envelope of pictures with my children and grandfather is missing the book has been ripped and all the guys at the store can say is that it must have happened at the location in SC. I'm so mad. I will never send anything from them again. I pay the protection plan and everything. They did absolutely nothing. Don't send important thing through this location. Go to the postal anex on ceder hills they are amazing.

Horrible experience, attempted to send an important document overnight. Needless to say that did not happen. Package arrived late after paying $60 for a small envelope to be shipped. After calling the store and speaking to an associate they basically just placed blame and wouldn’t take responsibility. Don’t recommend this location

Since I just left a poor review of FedEx due to a terrible experience that happened today, I thought I should praise the positive too. Been going to this location for years. I can’t comment much since most tasks I went there for were very simple. The impression is that the owner really knows what he’s doing. Lots of young employees came and left working there and everyone seemed to be so fast at what they do. I’m glad this store is part of the community.
