I am a very picky person and was little skeptical when I entered the store. People always degrade the experience by the looks of someone who wants to buy a high end product. Tbh I wanted to buy a Rolex GMT master ii for my fiancé and had a very bitter, aweful experience in Ben bridge jewelers in Washington Square, OR . Nevertheless I called in the store for checking availability on Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Peofessional and the person who picked the call was very kind in answering the questions( I guess her name was Angelina). I was in person in about 30 mins after the call and Mr.Bill Bevill greeted us and gave a walkthrough of features and showed a couple of different models as well. Finally my fiancé was interested in speedmaster racing and we bought it immediately. We had a very smooth experience and excellent customer service! Highly recommend this place and the staff. If Smith&Bevill management is looking at this please do give them a promotion/recognition for their wonderful service ❤️

I am so happy I found Smith & Bevill and highly recommend this gem of a jewelry boutique to anyone in the market for gorgeous, quality pieces and genuinely helpful, warm customer service. Angela helped me find the perfect vintage gold wedding band for my fiancé IN A PINCH. I called beforehand, explained to Angela what I was looking for (and my time constraints) and without prompting she had gone out of her way to prepare/curate a beautiful selection of bands fitting my description and had them ready to view/try on upon my arrival...all within a half hour, no less?! Needless to say, the process was beyond efficient, the selection vast and impressive, price points fair & reasonable and Angela is freakin' rad, knowledgeable and an absolute joy to work with.
