Bounced around from worker to worker over the phone for THREE HOURS. Last person I talked to gave me an email address to send my info to, and THE EMAIL DIDNT EXIST. No one cares here. Your life is in their hands and they don't care at all.

I have been looking for my missing child Audrey, who went missing out her bedroom window 12/2/2020 in multnomah county and come to find out this DHS who claims in 2013 that my supposed childs father Justin, gave my child a black eye at 3 years old. Come to find out they are harboring him and giving him TANF benefits. He's a domestic abuser with no paternity test and ONLY allowed Supervised Visitation with 3 days notice, which I always provide outside of my home, And I call it co parenting time to relieve stress on my kid. Also I was granted Sole custody by Judge Bailey again 8/30/21 in Washington county, and Beaverton DHS in Washington county has still not made a plan to reunification based on the writ that county issued. Even after speaking with Supervisors in person and the Governor Advocacy center multiple times a week. I left my job at Legacy Health 5/2021 due to my child being in online school and having no support, I've been on unemployment since .......Huge discrepancy. So I as a single working mom, can't collect child support but he can rack up a bill of upward of 50,000.00 on TANF, Sec 8 & Food stamps for me to pay later and hide my child from me, because he refuses to complete treatment! Wow, and again I have sole custody and have for years, I volunteer in David Douglas school district, Portland public and even Beaverton school district is calling me daily to volunteer back in the Vose district/Beaverton school district. Plus this county owes me for back child support for taking care of my brother for 10 years while he was in foster care also from Washington county while on my employers insurance from my jobs who are paying my unemployment. Now my child is a runaway and at 12yrs old the cops want to throw her in jail, to transfer her from Washington county to N Portland at Donald E Long for me to pick her up.

I have been trying to get ahold of them and figure out what’s going on with my food stamps because I am out of work now and they still have not replied back to my second voice mail. I need benefits to take care of my child and me it’s just frustrating

I have only had them answer one time when I've called and never ever do they return voicemail. I was never assigned my case worker so I don't know thier extention and can not ever get ahold of them when I need help on my case. Unless I take the 1 hour and a half bus ride I never can get anything accomplished. It's ridiculous that no one answers the phone and no one returns calls. If you want anything done your going to have to go up their even if you don't really have transportation.
