First time trying them and they got everything wrong. They laundered silk shirts that should have been dry cleaned (I confirmed they would be dry cleaned when I dropped them off) and I asked for no creases in the sleeves, but of course all the shirt sleeves have creases.

When I went to pick up my shirt about 2 weeks ago and it was mistakenly switched with another customer's shirt. Mistakes happen. No biggie. The manager was apologetic and tried to get the other customer to bring in my shirt. After a couple visits, she finally said she would bring it in on a Saturday so I called a couple days after to see if my shirt arrived and a lady with a Caribbean accent took my phone number and said she would look into it and call me back. No return call received so I stopped by today, 6/9/22, to see if my shirt was there and lo and behold, it was! No one called me but whatever, I'm grateful to have it back. I noticed it was wrinkled so I asked the young man at the front if he could have someone steam or iron it. He told me he is the only one there and he couldn't. This was not true because I saw a black older lady ironing shirts like mine in the background. Instead of giving it to her, he decided to confront me about it not being his fault. I blew up because I had been patient and courteous for 2 weeks over their mistake. I asked him, what about customer service? I did not pay money for the mistake or to bring home a wrinkled shirt! He finally agreed to iron it and well, you can see from the pictures, it is not ironed well. There was also another lady, I assume she is the same one who answered the phone days before because of her accent, who asked him, "What does she want?" rudely and loud enough for me to hear. I never asked them to refund my money for the value of the shirt ($90) or go to the customer's house and pick up my shirt. I waited patiently. Now I have to BEG to iron it? Ridiculous! Now I still need to iron it before I wear it. That's not fair at all!

In my opinion this is the worst dry cleaners! They lost my shirts, and the owner wouldn't even return my calls or meet me when I visited the store. They never even assumed responsibility and simply brushed me off. Terrible customer service and employees with bad attitude. if you take your clothes here don't expect to get them all. super disappointed.
