The worst rental car company. Put me in a car with a dying battery. It literally died on me the morning after they gave it to me. And then they charged me to fix the battery! As if the battery needing a jump after they just gave it to me is my problem.

Figured out the Enterprise Car Rental the reservation system means ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! NOTHING. They do not WILL NOT hold a car for you.... If you walk in and they have a car, they rent it to you.. REGARDLESS if you or anyone else called.

Either they are still making money or the company is poorly managed

Terrible service. I mistakenly bought my old ID. I had my family on FaceTime showing my ID is valid. They had a reservation through my insurance company which also shows I have a valid license! And still would not get rental reserved by ins!

Im not sure but dont go to that location, they are rude and nasty there...find another location

Is this location open on Sundays as indicated on the website? I plan to rent a car next Friday and I will return the car on Sunday.
