I bring my puppy she was sick they charge me 899 dollars to see her they order to many test and the diagnosis was poor she continued sick plus I ask the lady to let me bring her until I got a insurance for her wasn’t a risky condition they could help me but she told me if I don’t do the treatment she will report anyway and even do they did so now anything happened with her sensitive stomach the insurance don’t paid they don’t help you at all terrible Custumer service

Horrible experience, I felt ripped off. I went there for my dog that has an ear infection,they treated him and asked me to come back 2 weeks later for a check up they told me they won’t charge for the check up.When i went back my dog was sill having the infection.They first try to charge me for the visit $55 so I told them that I wasn’t going to pay since they had told me that it would be complementary when I made the appointment so they said ok I won’t be charge,then they took my dog in the back and came back and told me he needs to have the treatment again after I had payed $350 two weeks earlier but this time it will cost $55 (what a coincidence the same $55 that they wanted for the consultation)and they said that after that treatment the infection will be gone so I accepted. I didn’t see what they did or didn’t do since they do all their procedures in the back. We’ll guess what it’s been a week and the infection is still in my dog ear. I call them and they wanted me to come back and do a different treatment and charge me again.I already spend $400 for nothing how do they think I will keep going there and give them more money for nothing.My dog is a cocker spaniel and has ear infection often this is the first time that I spend so much money and the infection is still going on usually they treat him ONE time and it’s gone .I really think that they probably didn’t do anything to treat him and just have me coming back and charging me.That place in my opinion is a big scam they are just trying to make as much money as they can .Don’t go there.
