I been a customer for the past 6 years. Service has always been above average. I brought my own frames because i wanted to have a better quality since it was acceptable. When I got them back, they gave me the wrong prescription on my sunglasses. I took it back and waited 2 more weeks. And when I got my $200 plus frame back, they came cracked. I was told they couldn't do anything about it. The store doesn't want to take any responsibility about my broken glasses. I am very disappointed. I want to have my frame and glasses replaced or my money back.. Please respond as soon as possible

I decided to take advantage of the get two glasses with exam offer. Not sure if currently available but if it is, definitely worth it. I was able to easily make an appointment online. Went in got a tele eye exam. I'm guessing due to a combination of covid measures or more so to make sure that a doctor is always available to you during business hours. Afterwards I picked out my specs. Initially I was told that it would take about two weeks for my glasses to be ready but thankfully at least one pair was ready in under a week and the other shortly thereafter. My glasses look great. I've been getting a lot of compliments on them. I do wish I had gone back and had them adjusted as one could be more snug but regardless I am pleased with them. Didn't realize how much I had been straining my vision before. I used to get horrible migraines everyday that lasted for days with maybe a one day break in between if I completely avoided being in the sun. Now, despite being in the sun constantly per my jobs my migraines are minimal as in maybe a few times per month. I want to say thank you to the business. The two ladies that helped me were very welcoming, professional and made me feel at ease. Great experience overall and definitely recommend. Going back for some sunglasses 😎 Thank you MyEyeLab!!! 👏

Yes...depending the brand n ins..used under the warranty...If not, you might have to do the eye exam again or if they have it on record ..just get new ones. Good Luck..😀

No it doesn't nor Poly lenses for children. Don't use your insurance either , it will end up costing you more. Ask lots of questions up front.
