Aziz helped with my return today, nice customer service. Luckily there was no line & he was efficient at checking me out; virtually painless. I felt fortunate as rental service can at times be “hit or miss.” Had a rental for a week while waiting for a Lincoln Dealership loaner vehicle. (The car was fine but reeked of overly-scented chemical spray - at least not cigarettes. The first day of rental period paid extra for a dirty, cigarette-smelling Tahoe so that went back, a total waste of money. The compact was fine overall. 👍) After return was processed, walked back to dealership from Hertz office which was close & convenient. (The office entrance is under an enclosed area not visible from the street so don’t miss their minuscule yellow sign.). Would’ve been 5 ⭐️ but the vehicles smelled very badly for different reasons & SUV wasn’t properly cleaned.

I really appreciate the collaboration of shanna, customer service. I paid you rent a car for 36 days, 2048 $ us and additional insurance that was not explained to me at the time of renting it. They were added extras. I don't recommend this place

Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER GO THIS PLACE . This lady name MARSHA took advantage of my mother and gave her the wrong vehicle we requested for . My mother was on time and she gave the requested vehicle to another person right in front of her . Not only did she do that, she also gave the car to her very dirty and disgusting. The lady stated to my mother telling her that was the only vehicle left . I’m so upset 😡 she took advantage of mother! I’m calling corporate. Highly upset! Negative star

What a breath of fresh air. Finally a car rental place that makes things easy and fast. Javier was excellent. I got a great deal and excellent car. Car was squeaky clean and gave me 0 issues. Hand in was fast and simple. With all the the stress I have been having with my car troubles. I can’t thank Hertz and Javier enough for making this so easy for me.
