I made an appointment online and when asked to provide insurance information It said "out of network" I figured this was a mistake, I'm on OHP they have to take OHP right? But there is no way to get in contact with anyone from this clinic. So I have to ask day of my appointment about my insurance. They said that OHP will PROBABLY cover it but if they don't, it's gonna cost 200 dollars for BC pills! I don't think there is a single person who goes to planned parenthood who has 200 dollars for birth control. I have been coming here for 4 years, I can't believe I have to try and find someone else who takes my insurance (with one pill pack left!!) I don't want probably, I need it to be covered 100%

The wait time was LONG. Don’t bother going in early. I would have waited for only 1 hour if I didn’t go early. That being said, the staff and the doctors are SO NICE. Super understanding, nonjudgemental, help you get in when they know it’s time sensitive, explain everything you want to know to you, it was a super helpful visit. For me the more information I know the more my mind is at peace. I feel so much better after the visit, because I’ve got all the answers and stuff I need.

I waited an hour and a half and still wasn’t see by a provider. The nurse was extremely rude and unprofessional, I wish I would’ve gotten her name. You make appointments for a reason, people have jobs and things to do not everyone has time to sit around all day and wait. If the wait times are usually long they should make that known prior to the appointment. I left without being seen by a provider because I had to work, the nurse was extremely snarky about it. I don’t understand why she works in healthcare if she lacks empathy. This is the worst location I have ever been to. I wasted nearly two hours of my time waiting to be seen and I could not wait any longer.

Every time I have gone here, the people working here have all been so kind and helpful. They listen well and help me make the best decisions without ever pressuring me in any way. I sometimes feel like I get better care here than at my own doctor's office! They're very thorough and understanding. And if you're on OHP, you'll get services at no cost. Usually you'll have to wait awhile after arriving, as with all medical offices, but my usual wait time is 15 minutes, and I've never had to wait more than 30. It probably helps if you can go at times when it's less busy. And of course you should make an appointment and show up on time because I think they call patients in the order they arrive. I will always recommend this place to anyone. Thank you PP for being amazing and providing necessary services to so many of us. ❤️
