Staff take forever to answer for any help, seems to lack any care, awareness and integrity. Residents are being neglected, unattended to and not shown any compassion... Patients who have higher needs, who need medical care/attention, and cleaning are all on the workers time, some waiting a long time for any interventional help, and end up feeling like a hassle when asked for any help. Raelynn Straight is the current Department of Nursing's (DON) daughter, she has NOT worked there a year that she claims to have in the review below, she is only saying that to counteract the review before her to make the place seem homely and in tip-top shape-- which it's not. Management here is a joke. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. There is NO excuse whatsoever for what is going on at this facility currently, our loved ones lives are put into these peoples hands to only be treated like a subhuman, or a hinderance.

I have worked there for almost a year now and I love it there, I have received my bonus that was promised to me when I started and the new management has cleaned up the building so much i look forward to continue to see improvements that they will be doing!!

This place is awful!! They are horrible to the employees and the residents! They lie about your pay to get you to sign up and screw you! You will NEVER see your "sign on bonus" either!! You will work the floor as the only aide without help from nurses and family members come in and threaten you because the administration doesnt want to pay anymore people even tho they are paying a misery to be a slave! The only people they love there are the useless African workers that do not speak English and abuse their residents!! They have NO HR person at all! The HR lady from corporate comes in and she is VERY RUDE!! The nursing staff sleeps at the desk! Mouth wide open and everything!! The residents are very sweet but thats not enough to endure that kind of hell!!! Do NOT WORK HERE OR TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES THERE!! THEY WILL BE NEGLECTED!!!!

Great place to work!! Love all my patients and co-workers💓 Cannot speak for previous staff and ownership but it is only going to continue getting better💗
