This service has solved our major problem with ants. Our lot is very sandy, which encouraged ants and they were coming in the house. But since we got Terminex, the problem has stopped.

Terminex initially started out couple of years ago with ants and then had rat problem. The rat service they did full exclusion and promised com out if issues, refill bait stations quarterly, etc. Their service has gone down so low I could not give a zero star rating. They have done no shows upon no shows. I had rat issue and their Manager would not even get back at least a week and said under staffed. Then when my annual bill comes up to try and get signed again I asked why would I sign when can’t get a hold of anyone to help with rat issue identified back in Aug. Get this - they asked if could come out following week so said yes and scheduled time. As you can imagine, they did no show again and lives up to their service over last 3 years. Wow, would never use this company again. When you have rats time is of the essence. They want to get the annual contract signed but nice that happens no service level or support. Do not go with this company.
