Dave was great. He arrived early, explained what he would be looking for, diagnosed the problem of roof rats in our garage attic space, and found and closed off the point of entry. He left traps in the space and will be back in 5 days to check them. He was courteous and professional the entire time here. They have been here twice - once last year for wasps and once this past week for ants. Both times Trenton came as scheduled with a call shortly before arrival. He looked at the issues and took appropriate action. One visit was all that was needed. If I have these or any other pest issues I won't hesitate to call them again. Hi Donna, we do not include snakes as one of the pests that we exterminate so I cannot speak as an expert. However, my understanding is that any treatment that includes sulfur and naphthalene would be a good place to start. Hope that is of some help, best of luck.
