My experience with this branch is generally very poor, they are the most unprofessional. Today my experience was that are willing to kick me off of a job ticket so that there own people from there branch can fill the work order instead of one from a different branch. This seems very dishonest. Fairly easy to assume that it is more important to fill there quotas than be an honest place to work.

Expect to do grunt work for free. It’s been a week and a half since I did my last job through them and they still haven’t paid me because they couldn’t fax a time sheet like they said they could. They clearly don’t care to do their job. The third phone call I made about it, I said it would be nice to get paid for a job I did over a week ago, and her response was “I’m sure it would.” Extremely negligent and underqualified staff that can’t do simple office work for the people doing hard work that are in need of cash. I would recomend other staffing agencies and steering clear of any of these People Ready offices.

I usually shovel dirt at People Ready, today I'm just scooping frozen veggies onto a tray. Very easy. The kitchen supervisor told me to put the finished trays onto the rack., and pointed towards two racks halfway across the kitchen. She's busy and walked away, so I put the trays on the rack with other trays similar to it. Then an old lady from the other side of the rack put a tray into a slot that i just filled with a tray. She forces her tray, trying to spill the tray I put in, the tray I put in pushes towards the edge and hangs off 2 inches. Then she says to me "HA HA, YOU PUT TRAY ON WRONG SIDE, HA HA." I'm like yea sorry, she's like put those trays on the other rack, I'm like OK. I get 2 trays from the wrong rack to the right rack, when the old lady scurries past me with a tray, places the tray onto the table, proceeds to intentionally spill the tray off of the table, then speaks loudly to the whole kitchen, "HA HA STUPID SPILL TRAY. LOOK STUPID PUT TRAY ON WRONG RACK. HE SPILL IT. FOOD ALL OVER FLOOR. HA HA STUPID" The kitchen supervisor is a 20 year old, talking down to me the whole time, I'm doing nothing all day but scoop frozen veggies onto a tray, blames me. People Ready mgmt, Tualiton branch, begged me to go to this job for them saying they would "Really appreciate it" and "it would really help (them) out" I got back to the branch office and they shouted at me saying they will "Never give me work at this branch ever again" very dramatically. I worked 5:30AM to 10AM. It is now 10PM and People Ready Tualiton has not paid me by the end of the day, like they sincerely promised at the beginning, really emphasizing for some reason, that they will actually pay me, as if for some reason that's an issue here. Yesterday I got out of this job at 2 and they paid me by 3, then begged me to come back. It is obvious to me that People Ready, Tualiton branch, did not pay me today, souly because they are angry at me personally, not because there is a dispute with my earnings. Apparently they do that to people for punishment. Now I can't go to one of the other branches in the morning, where they said they will still give me work, because I have to go to the Tualiton branch to ask why they have not paid me on time. It is no wonder this branch has nothing but bad reviews. People Ready treats us like garbage.

Iv been using them off an on to supplement my incomeFrom time to time. I had a really bad experience last week went to a job as i got there nobody at address given. I call the customer no real answer. So i called branch was told they ended job early well it took me 1.5 hrs to get there an in order to pay for my room an dog food i walked 7.5 miles home since they only pay a 2 hr show up fee. A good company will pay there employees a min of 4 hrs so long story short they out me in a hell of a position. Called HR an multiple branches an got same unprofessional conduct. Also left a msg at branch iv been workin out of an still havent heard from office manager bonie. I called them since iv worked more from that branch than any other. Im sorry for my rant but we go on these jobs to survive an pay bills feed our family and pets. If you agree bout the 4 hrs we should stand up an fight for a 4 hr min
