The 2 gentlemen was very helpful today I believe there names was Mr.Dion, Mr.Marcus. It’s very hot outside and they did a good deed by helping us out. Thank you so much Great customer service

My experience living here has been well. My apartment wasn't in perfect condition when I moved in but I do want to shout out and give a big thanks to Tom for getting my place into top Notch condition. We need more people like this guy.

BEWARE. The management is bumping reviews from years ago to seem new. The good reviews are from before the new management took over. They edit comments or respond to old ones to make it appear new. They also encourage people to leave reviews who don’t even live here yet. Everything about this complex is AWFUL. Read the bad reviews and save yourself so much trouble. There’s a reason there are so many units available. Management is completely incompetent, units are dirty upon move in, maintenance practically doesn’t exist, most amenities are out of order, people are been attacked and robbed at gun point far too often, and there are no quiet times here.

So i been here a year, and everything was great until it switched to Arium Meadows. The customer service has gone down significantly. If you call the office they might answer 1 out of 10 calls. I put in a service request 2 weeks ago for the toilet and they have yet to respond. They use to be quick when it was The Meadows but the new management is doing poor job.

If there's any rats their I At the Hamptons apartments next door our apartments are clean and neat I love my place with a big ass tub and a bomb master bedroom
I lived there for 4 1/2 years. Just moved out a few days ago on 01/18/19. Advertised rent price is only for the apartment. There is an extra mandatory $50 charge for Cox cable that you cannot opt-out of or refuse. They also add on water-sewer-trash services to the rent invoice. On average the cost of water-sewer-trash is between $65-$80 extra. You also have to setup and pay for your own power and gas bill separately. On top of that you are required to have renters insurance. This cost varies depending on what company you choose. I payed $16.50 a month with assurant.
The move-in costs vary, depending on the results from the credit check. Please contact our leasing office for more details - (725) 726-3992.
The complex is very nice, I have a 2 bed and my daughters King Set fits with plenty of room to move about
Yes you can find a better place for that price. Also it looks very nice. But once you get in there you will see the real. If you do move in, don't move in the back. The don't keep the back up at all. Only the front, of course because that's what ppl see when they look at the place.
Thanks for the inquiry. We are not 2nd chance apartments.
Yes, we do credit and background checks on applicants.
Water, sewer, trash and cable all included in the rent
