i was out of town on vacation when my daughter who was looking after my dogs called me at 1am and said the AC wasn’t working. with the temps outside in the 80’s i called New River at 7:30am and spoke with the answering service and explained my situation. she said they would give me a call as soon as they came in. At 8am they called and said they would work me in. i figured oh lord this is gonna cost lol. at 3pm gotta text a tech was on the way! at 3:45 he had installed a new capacitor and had cool air blowin. i was shocked by how reasonable the bill was due to the urgency of my situation. i will be using them from now on! My dogs and i both thank you New River Heating And Air!

I called new River heating and air too fix another company's mistake. Not only did they fix it but did it quickly and very professional. To find a good heating and air company now day's is slim. I thank you for the great service

Just an FYI! I had a warranty issue and I wasn’t made aware of any charges. So I spoke with the manager and was told that I am exception wild be made as a one time courtesy. So I called for a service appointment today and was told by Carol that my account was marked as a refusal to pay. I explained the previous situation that I had and was told the owner’s marked the account as a non pay. So rather than settling the warranty issue they intern retaliated on me when I called for a new service appointment.

Justin was here within 1 hour of my phone call. He fixed the leak from the gas furnace condensation line, taught me how to perform routine maintenance on it, and made me laugh a bunch of times. I will always call NR Heating and Air for any future issues!
