So much fun! My husband and I love coming here for date nights! The rooms are creative and challenging and is reasonably priced (esp when rebooting after a visit...you get 20 percent off your next visit). Jane was our room master and was fabulous! Warm, welcoming and generous with our time at the end when we were frantically trying to finish :) Hope to have Jane again next time!

Our game master was James and he was very thorough on the particular room, explaining the rules and tips. He was very patient and helpful with clues during our time in the room. He made it fun and was super friendly. My second time there and I will be back for sure! Thanks James you made our day!

We did the Film Noir room on Saturday and it was so fun that we went back 2 days later to do Prison Heist. James was our Game Master both times and he was beyond incredible! He was super helpful and supportive during our first time and made our second experience all the more special. We will definitely be coming back soon (we will be keeping an eye out for the new attic game)!! Cannot recommend this enough 10/5 Thank you, James!

James was our Game Master- he said he was new but he was already super awesome. It was our first time in am escape room too, and it was so fun. The puzzles and challenges were tough and thrilling. Definitely coming back to do the other rooms!

Yes, no issue at all. You can come and go as you want, but the timer doesn't stop while you step out.
Hello! Yes, we have a 20% discount for schools with groups over 10. For multiple room events, we get it all set up on our end so you just have email us if you know of a date and time. Let us know if we help with anything else!
Hello! We are not open for in person games currently with the Oregon State guidelines but we do have an online game based off our Amnesia room, a boxed game based off our Film Noir game and a virtual game based off our Sasquatch room at our sister location paradigmQ Escape Games. We hope to be open again soon! Thank you for your question.
Can you? That’s the real question! We’re certainly happy to consider you for the role. It isn’t easy. It takes a special mix of cool skills, customer service, and theatricality to run our games. You’ll be tasked with guiding our guests through their 60-minute (or shorter) escape. You’ll need to provide the perfect level of hints, clues, and support while maintaining a cheerful and enthusiastic attitude. Still interested? Send us an email and your resume.
Yes. If you have a super fun idea that incorporates escape gameplay, let us know! We’ve set up surprise parties, inside jokes, and secret marriage proposals (!) for our guests. Let us know your idea, and we’ll figure out a way to make it happen.
This is something we’re super excited about! If you’re hosting a corporate event or a conference and are looking for a fun way to entertain your visitors, then Escape Games PDX is the way to go! We have two pop-up games and two different themes that can be played in 15- or 30-minute increments. Give us a call for the full details!
Yes. We’ve set up game events for corporations, small businesses, and families at Moda Center, the Memorial Coliseum, McMenamins Kennedy School, and a bunch of other places around town. We’re pleased to be able to provide this as an option, and it’s proven to be very popular.
Yes! Plenty. More than plenty, in fact. The lot is located directly in front of our main entrance.
Of course. You will never be locked into a room at any point during your visit. We’re not here to scare anybody; we want people to have fun — and to come back again and again to experience new rooms and new games.
Nope. In fact, we don’t have any tight spaces at all. None of our games are designed to make our guests feel trapped. We’re called Escape Games PDX, but the experiences are centered on quests, adventures, and puzzles.
No. We don’t feature any “fear factor”-style games. There are no scary spaces and no death-related incidents designed to shock and rattle our guests. Some of our games may have spooky elements, but nothing frightening. We’re here to show you a good time, so everything we do is in good fun.
Hi Jon! Our prices are typically $30 per person, unless you reserve an entire room - in which case you get 15% off your total! We also have private games for 2-4 players for a flat rate of $100 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I hope that helps, but let us know if we can help with anything else!
Hello! We have a 6pm and 8pm open on the 29th for Sherlock’s Secret. You can see all our open games and book online at: www.escapegamespdx.com. Let us know if we can help with anything else!
Most teens really like Prison Break! You do start handcuffed (but only to your own hands) and we do ask for one adult to be in the room but it’s a blast for them to play! Let us know we can help with anything else!
Hello Lilly! The only room we don't recommend for just 2 players is our Amnesia room that holds up to 12 players. If you want to play with just 2 players, I recommend our Film Noir; The Dark Rose room and you can rent it out privately on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for $100 flat for 2-4 players. Otherwise, you are welcome to join in with other players any other day of the week for the regular $30 per player. You might also be able to get a private room if you wait until a few hours before the game starts on a slower day for us like Sunday or Monday but we can't guarantee it will stay private. Let us know if we can help with anything else! Cheers, Amy
