Great customer service! We’ve replaced all of our kitchen appliances here as well as a refrigerator for our rental. When I went to get a new refrigerator both Kelly and Scott gave me guidance about looking into a repair on my five year old refrigerator instead of selling me a new one. It ended up needing a $40 piece and ten minutes of work after being unplugged for a day. I appreciate sales folks looking out for their customers bottom line. When I do need something new or from their outlet that’s where I’ll be going.

We are getting all of our appliances here from now on. We just got our new refrigerator and previously got our dish washer here. Great service and so nice to support a local small business. Prices are fair and the companies they use for delivery and install are helpful, prompt & professional. We like dealing with DeWhitt much better than the big box stores!

Visited on a whim when we struck out at Home Depot for our new micro hood. Dewitt had our same chosen item for the same price or a few bucks less, and AMAZING customer service. Kelley was so helpful and took the time to answer our questions, give advice, and discuss our random ideas for our home. Thank you for a pleasant experience!! We will 100% be back for our other home purchases.

Oven wasn't delivered for MONTHS. First it was delayed, then it was lost on a truck somewhere. When it finally was located and arrived, had to drive out to the airport to pick it up! People in the warehouse weren't wearing masks (before the mandate was lifted). It wasn't actually even delivered to the home! Had to pick it up, haul it in, and install it alone. The only thing they did was give an extended warranty for free. Should've had free delivery, discount off the appliance and free install. Who cares about an extended warranty!? Meanwhile, oven-less and inconvenienced for months. The little guy was supremely taken advantage of in this instance.
