this used to be a cash and carry, and the quality of products was great. ever since it changed, however, things have gone downhill. no one likes Ken's dressing. bring back the other stuff

I I believe his name is Doug he had dark hair and a chef he walked me around the store and help me pick up all my heavy merchandise then he took me up front where he was asked to help another customer as he was getting ready to do that a woman came in her name is Careen, she spoke to him rudely and then turn around and demanded he clean the cart she just brought in I waited and watched and then finally he was able to help me I thanked him for his services and I thanked him for helping her she didn't get a clue she is rude and disrespectful to him when I was done checking out she was outside smoking a cigarette in her car , Douglas professional courteous he knew exactly what I was talking about and what I needed he definitely was a leader make sure they need to have a conversation with your staff about polite courtesy respect thank you
