I really don't understand why we aren't receiving our packages. The snowy weather has been gone for over a week and they are delivering on-time packages to my neighbors but not sending my packages that are over a week late. It really seems like they are trying to improve their metrics by delivering on-time packages, and since the damage is already done with the shipments affected by the snow, they have no accountability for delivering those packages ASAP. We have neighbors that have critical medications, food for quarantine, and emergency needs that they've been waiting on for almost two weeks, but apparently the Bellingham UPS distribution center cares more about metrics (profits) than they do about doing the right thing and taking care of their customers. Please start being more ethical and do the right thing! Update following the owner's response: I have contacted UPS agents every day for over a week and they state that the responsibility lies with the distribution center and they are unable to give me any details because the shipments have been impacted by severe weather. They also told me that I would get a call from the distribution center, which I never received. I still haven't received my packages. Can you explain why my neighbors are receiving on-time packages although I am not receiving 2 two-day air packages that were due to deliver last week and the week before? Are you prioritizing your on-time packages in order to improve your metrics for UPS corporate?

Once I found the place, it was a short time being there to pick up a package. The gentleman who helped me was helpful and quick. I appreciate and have UPS app, to track all my packages that use UPS, had the app not notified me, I wouldn't have known where to pickup my item.

A package was out for delivery to my home, but for some reason was sent to the center to be picked up. I drove 30 mins in traffic and picked it up, there was no problem with the address. I asked the employee at the center what was wrong with the address such that it wasn't delivered. He said he had no idea and I should contact customer service and ask to "open an investigation". He gave me the 800 number along with the menu options to press to make this happen. He was quite rude and made no effort to help me with my problem..... The 800 number he gave me for UPS customer service will not let you talk to a live person - it had no idea what I was requesting when I asked to "open an investigation" as the fellow at the customer center told me to do. The automated service essentially told me that I could not talk with a representative because my package had been picked up......and then hung up...... The fellow at the Customer Center in Bham could have tried to be more helpful instead of just giving me the 800 number that leads to nowhere.

I have had an ongoing conflict with the driver for our area, he constantly refuses to deliver our packages unless we are home even though we NEVER request that service. we pay for next day delivery and constantly have to go and pick up our packages because the driver won't deliver them, I've complained to this service center supervisor but it did no good and again today the driver refuses to deliver our packages, we live in a great area and a very nice town home with no theft issues. Our next step is to file a written complaint to UPS corporate about this issue since they won't handle it locally.
