Well this was a rare and unpleasant visit to this fuel station. First off I was very sceptical to use this station just by the outward appearance, but I was very low on fuel so proceeded . I pulled in and paid for my fuel and pump number was a makeshift number 7 to a number 1 and I made an error , I ran in to inform the attendant but he had several customers and could not change the pump over quickly . In the meantime someone pulled up and pumped my fuel and I went in to tell them my fuel was never changed over , yes I was a victim of theft to say the least. The young Hispanic women who was in charge blatantly continued to say it was my fault and refused to issue my fuel . So long story short is they do not care about customer service or integrity on their part . It further makes me believe negatively on their cultural aspects and values . Shame on you shell corporation for bad business practices . At this point I will avoid shell products and fuel .

What a quick and easy gas station. And Amber is too notch. Friendly and customer service oriented..

Very picky about the gas I put in my BMW, 76 had the best and highest grade gas around and this location has the best price.
