The Entire staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process and with problem resolution. They were great in the showroom and with the free delivery that arrived on time. We ran into a problem with one piece of the sectional and they setup a replacement right away. We ended up deciding to get an entirely different couch, and they were great. Picked up the one with the defective piece and gave us full credit. We’ve ordered the replacement and it’s on the way. We also had an almost 5 year old couch that developed a problem, we had purchased the warranty. The warranty company came out and found they couldn’t repair it due to unavailability of parts. They approved a full replacement of the 3 pieces. Initially they missed one piece, but the staff was great and got it corrected the same day. The automated system was annoying, but the people were great! Since the old couch was not available anymore, we used the full purchase price of this old couch as a credit towards the new one we purchased. We are very happy with the support of both Living Spaces and their warranty company, and will continue to purchase their products. We feel the overall quality is good and they back it up. For the price range, you can’t beat the quality to dollar ratio and only the very high end costing many times more beats their quality. I feel they beat the other volume budget stores quality and value. Very much recommend!

Great and huge selection of furniture. Attentive sales staff that left us alone until we needed them. Very reasonable prices. Very smooth process to check out and secure financing for our large purchase. We did everything with the sales person on her tablet, sitting on one of the couches, unlike other large furniture stores in which you have to go to one area to write up the order then another area to apply for financing. Always makes me feel like I'm buying a car. Living Spaces was great! I'll definitely start there first next time.

The store was clean, outstanding furniture displayed well, good lighting and the salespeople were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful about the product in which we were interested. We made a trouble-free purchase with no waiting. Thank you to Will and others who answered our questions. (They do not work on commission so it is was a relaxed experience.). Highly recommended!
