This place was surprisingly fun! My dad used to work on Caterpillar equipment so he took us around and introduced us to his world. It’s spread out over many acres so be ready to walk. If it’s rainy I highly recommend rain boots. It was very muddy. Lots of photo opportunities. Great for all ages.

A hidden gem within Vista! A beautiful 55-acres full of history. Friendly, helpful volunteers and a calendar full of interesting events. Check out the Vista Gem & Mineral Show 2x’s a year in April & October. So many wonderful events throughout the year. If you enjoy walking around and going to artisan type events check this place out. Bring sunscreen if you go, it does get hot and cash for purchases! 😉

It was amazing, they have so many things to see. For those interested in history and the evolution of the 20th century, the staff were friendly and admission is nearly free. $4 dollars for 2 adults and a child free. They need volunteers, and I'm planning on joining myself, go see it for yourself.

Not sure maybe you can call and see
Usually if they have special events they Will have somefood available, otherwise they have nothing.
It is a 30+ minute walk from the Sprinter Station, not sure about buses, and you would be starting in La Mesa, so I would recommend paying for a direct ride there if you can.
Many a thing about times gone by. The things that made today What it is.
Vintage/antiques and of course antique engines and tractors, also live music, kid friendly, a cute little train kids can ride, food vendors and this weekend free mud to play in. Its always pretty cool there, I recommend it for any age.
Yes, everyday except major holidays and rainy/muddy days and sometimes during special events. You can check on their website for special events. Museum open from 10-4 ... 7 days a week
I've seen a sign by the ticket booth near parking that says no dogs.
